What Luveris doesn't do

Luveris is a document preparation, organisation, and consistency-checking assistant. Being clear about its limits matters more to us than sounding impressive, so here's what it deliberately does not do.

• We are not immigration advisers

  Nothing Luveris produces is legal advice. We don't hold ourselves out as regulated migration consultants (UK IAA/OISC, Canada CICC, Australia OMARA, or equivalent), and using Luveris is not a substitute for consulting one.

• We do not predict or guarantee outcomes

  The "readiness score" you see measures document completeness and internal consistency only. It is not an approval probability, and no score, flag, or generated pack expresses or implies a guaranteed outcome. Only the relevant visa authority can approve or refuse an application.

• We do not represent you before any authority

  Luveris never submits an application on your behalf, contacts an embassy, consulate, or visa authority for you, or otherwise acts as your representative. Your application is always submitted by you, through the authority's own channel.

• We do not write advice untethered from your own evidence

  Every suggestion Luveris generates about strengthening a case must trace back to a fact you've confirmed or a cited, versioned official rule. Where the evidence doesn't support a statement, Luveris is designed to say so rather than write something persuasive-sounding anyway.

• We are not a law firm

  Using Luveris does not create a solicitor–client relationship, and nothing here is protected by legal privilege.

How we protect you

You're trusting us with bank statements and passport details. Here's how we handle that, and how to stay safe from the scams that target visa applicants.

• Your documents are encrypted and auto-deleted

  Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest and automatically purged after a short retention window. We never use your documents to train any AI model.

• There is only one place you pay us

  Payment is taken inside Luveris, through a regulated payment provider, and the price is always shown to you before you're sent to pay. We will never ask you to pay through WhatsApp, a personal bank account, gift cards, or an agent. If anyone claiming to be Luveris asks you to, it is a scam — do not pay.

• Check official fees at the source

  Any fee we show is an estimate to help you budget. The real, current visa fees are only ever on the official government sites — for the UK, that's gov.uk. Applications are submitted through the official portal (for example VFS Global), never through us.
